Our offices are in Glyfada Attica and London (UK), managed by people with deep knowledge of the insurance market and many years’ experience in providing such services.
We handle all types of marine risks, namely Hull & Machinery, Protection & Indemnity, War, Cargo and Yacht including claims handling.
We cooperate with all the leading insurance organizations in Greece and aboard, working predominately with London, European and Middle Eastern insurance companies.
Blue Aigaion Insurance Brokers, based in Glyfada Attica, is looking to hire an Administrator to support the Marine department.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with limited or non-insurance or shipping experience, who seeks a position within a stable and growing international company.
Position Description:
- Monitoring and processing of marine contracts onto the internal software system
- Electronic filing
- Updating and ensuring data is correctly recorded
- Any additional Administrative support to the office (broking and claims)
Candidate profile:
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken.
- Communication skills
- Organisational and co-ordination skills
- Analytical thinking & problem solving ability
- Attention to detail
- University Degree in the Insurance or Shipping Sector or some work experience in this region.
